Excellent! - The price was a great price for the piece that I was purchasing. I had compared the same item with several web sites and All Furniture's price was the best. Jose is fabulous! We had shipping damage to my piece and Jose was on top of the whole situation. He stayed in constant contact with me via email and walked me thru the entire process to get the damaged piece replaced. Extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and excellent communication. Although the items I tried to buy were out of stock, the mistake was handled well and very professionally. Wish the availability had been more accurately listed on the website. However, I had no problems with getting my refund. Would consider doing business again with this merchant.
