AFBC LAYAWAY PLAN    |   REQUIREMENTS / EXCLUSIONS / TERMS   |   PAYMENT METHODS

 

          THE AFBC LAYAWAY PLAN REQUIRES A MINIMUM $20.00 DEPOSIT OR MORE, WITH 6 MONTHS LEFT TO PAY THE REMAINING BALANCE. WEEKLY, BI-WEEKLY OR MONTHLY PAYMENTS (ANY AMOUNTS) ARE REQUIRED. AFBC MUST BE NOTIFIED, TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO PAYING THE FULL BALANCE, IN ORDER TO SECURE OR SPECIAL ORDER THE MERCHANDISE, IF NOT AVAILABLE IN STOCK. MOST SPECIAL ORDERS TAKE TWO WEEKS OR LESS, FOR MERCHANDISE ARRIVAL TO EL PASO, TEXAS.

 

          LAYAWAY PLANS ARE CONDITIONED TO THE FOLLOWING PAYMENT METHODS ONLY: CASH - PERSONAL CHECK - MONEY ORDER (DEBIT / CREDIT CARDS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED FOR INITIAL ONLINE DEPOSIT PAYMENT, UNDER THE LAYAWAY FORM PAGE). CASH PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE IN PERSON, DO NOT MAIL CASH. PAYMENTS RECEIVED VIA US POSTAL SERVICE, AFBC WILL MAIL BACK A PAYMENT RECEIPT, WITH NEW BALANCE, ON THE FOLLOWING DAY.  

 

          LAYAWAY PLANS ARE AVAILABLE TO RESIDENTS OF EL PASO, TEXAS AND SURROUNDING AREAS ONLY. (LAYAWAY PLANS CANNOT BE COMBINED WITH THE MEMBERS ONLY DISCOUNT, CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE OR WITH ANY COUPON OFFER). 

 

          PERSON INITIATING LAYAWAY PLAN, MUST BE THE SAME PERSON FINALIZING LAYAWAY. A PICTURE ID IS REQUIRED FOR MERCHANDISE PICK UP. NO PARTIAL TAKEOUTS PERMITTED.

 


 

LAYAWAY PRICE ADJUSTMENTS   |   LAYAWAY TERMINATION

 

          BECAUSE ALL PRICES SHOWN ON THIS WEBSITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE, PRICE ADJUSTMENTS ON LAYAWAY MERCHANDISE, WHETHER IF IT INCREASES OR DECREASES, CANNOT BE FACILITATED / HONORED. LAYAWAY PLANS ARE NOT SUBJECT TO CHANGE OR ANY MODIFICATION, FOR ANY REASON, UNLESS MERCHANDISE BECOMES DISCONTINUED.

 

          IF MERCHANDISE ON LAYAWAY BECOMES DISCONTINUED, THE AMOUNT DEPOSITED WILL BE CREDITED TOWARDS THE PURCHASE OF NEW MERCHANDISE, UNLESS, YOU CANCEL. LAYAWAY CANCELLATION FEE, FOR ANY REASON, IS $20.00. IF A LAYAWAY REFUND IS REQUESTED, REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED IN THE FORM OF AN AFBC CHECK.

 

          LAYAWAYS WILL BE TERMINATED, IF NO PAYMENTS ARE RECEIVED WITHIN 45 DAYS AFTER LAST PAYMENT. CONTRACT WILL BE CANCELLED AND THE $20.00 CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE APPLIED AND THE REFUND PROCESS WILL START. - TAKE ME BACK TO THE AFBC LAYAWAY FORM PAGE TO START MY LAYAWAY PLAN TODAY!
